To send a message to a user

  1. On the Users tab, right-click the session or user to which you want to send a message, and then click Send Message.

  2. In Message title, type the title of the message.
  3. In Message, type the information you want to send to the user. To start a new paragraph, press CTRL+ENTER.
  4. To send the message, click OK.
